If you don’t find an answer to your question, feel free to contact us any time.
Are digital and printable photos included in the price?
Digital photos are included in the price.
For an additional $395 we are happy to provide a photo booth printer onsite that will print 2 photo strips per guest.
What is the difference between digital and printable photos?
Digital: When guests take a still or GIF photo, we can digitally text it directly to their smart-phones.
Printable Photos: Printing a photo strip onsite. A disadvantage to Prints is that they can easily be ruined, misplaced, or lost during the event. Also, it can slow down the line while guests wait for their photos to print.
Advantages to Digital: Texting photos to guests moves the line quickly for everyone to enjoy and the photos never get lost or ruined. Guests receive photos instantly on their smart-phones and can save or repost to social media to share the fun they’re having! The Bride and Groom receive the digital photos within 48 hours of the event.
These remarkable photos will be saved in your database, and everyone can enjoy them forever!
Our venue doesn’t have WIFI. Can we have our photos printed or receive photos via text with no WIFI connection?
If the venue does not provide wifi, we may not be able to print photos. An attendant will provide network hot spot. However, depending on the coverage of the area, the wifi hotspot may be limited. Therefore, prints cannot be guaranteed.
We can still do digital. However, your guests will receive their photos when we connect back into a wifi network (that night or the next day).
What kind of backdrops are available?
We include three different types of backdrops to choose from: Ivory Sequin, Champagne Sequin, or Black Sequin.
For an additional $150 you can choose your preferred backdrop color. (Please email us the exact color/example of the fabric you desire).
What type of photos would you recommend? GIFs or Still Photos?
We recommend selecting GIF (Moving Images) rather than still photos because it’s different than your regular still photo.
There’s a lot of fun to be had when your guests show off their dance moves! The GIF encourages those shy folks to get off their feet and have a great time!
Still photos are fun too! We don’t discourage this option. The quality will be solid and you have the option to go print the photos off if you desire to do so.
Can you do GIF and Still Photos?
Yes, we can do both. However, we recommend selecting one as it slows down the line to switch back and forth and often confuses your guests if we ask them to choose between GIF or still photos. You can look at examples of GIF and still photos on our Home Page.
What kind of customized logos do you include?
When we send the questionnaire form you can customize your title by choosing your font style and colors. Titles such as: “Kate & Matt’s Wedding 11.11.18” will be above the GIF or Still photos. Or you can email us your own logo (recommended size 13px x 300px or else it may be blurry). For an additional $45, our design artists can design a detailed logo for you.
Can we have the photo booth set up outside?
Yes, but please note that outdoor set-ups are subject to weather such as rain, wind, etc. It is highly advised to have a protected & covered spot available for the set-up to avoid any complications during your event. Outdoor setups also require a power source such as a generator, outlet, or extension cord within 25 feet. Photos come out looking best in a covered area.
Are we able to make a different set amount of payments until the date of the wedding?
Yes, but any payments made are non-refundable. We will deduct accordingly as you make different set amount payments until the wedding.
Am I able to receive an extra copy of guests’ photos?
Yes, you will receive all the guests’ photos digitally via email
